What is the return policy?
Due to logistic reasons we unfortunately don't offer a refund or a return unless the product is missing or defect.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on all physical items unless they are defect. Regarding tarot readings we do accept order cancelation as long as the service has not been delivered yet.
When will I get my order?
Our orders usually take 1 - 3 weeks to deliver. Factors such as the time of the year and where you live might affect the delivery time.
What countries does Ecliphora sell to?
Right now our phyiscal products are only sold in the United States. Our Tarot reading service however is both sold in North America and Europe.
How much does shipping cost?
